It is with great excitement that I write to you my first blog post. My goal for Avery Jane Photography remains the same as it always has been, to use my creativity & talents to benefit others. Every photo I take is more than just an image; it's an opportunity to tell a unique story, preserve a cherished memory, and elevate a special moment into something timeless. My work is rooted in the belief that photography is a powerful tool for connection. It’s about more than just capturing pretty pictures; it’s about freezing time in a way that reflects your true self, your love, and the beauty of your story.
In everything I do, I want to leave a positive impact—whether it’s helping a couple remember the joy and intimacy of their wedding day, supporting a small business with photos that tell their brand’s narrative, or simply providing a family with a piece of art that they can treasure for generations. Avery Jane Photography isn’t just a business for me—it’s an ongoing journey of creativity, growth, and, most importantly, a chance to make a difference in the lives of those I have the privilege to photograph.
With that being said, as Avery Jane Photography continues to grow, new paths and opportunities are unfolding before me. This blog is one of those exciting new avenues, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.
From the start, my work has always been about more than just taking photos—it’s about connecting with people, telling stories, and inspiring others. As my platform expands, I’ve realized that there’s so much more I want to offer to my community beyond just the images I create. The blog is a natural next step in this journey, a space where I can dive deeper into the creative process, share tips and insights, and provide value to both my clients and fellow creatives. But it’s also much more than just photography. I’ve always believed that creativity isn’t confined to just one area—it flows through every aspect of life. That’s why I’m excited to use this platform to share more of what inspires me outside of the camera lens.
In addition to my love for photography, I’m passionate about many other things—baking, travel, lifestyle, fashion, and community. Each of these interests has shaped me as a person and an artist, and I believe they offer unique perspectives that compliment my work as a photographer. Through this blog, I hope to not only showcase my journey behind the lens but also share the experiences, tips, and insights I’ve gained from these other passions.
